The Towers of Chevron Renaissance is located 400 meters from the Surfers Paradise main beach and situated on top of the main shopping village in Surfers Paradise. Conveniently accessible is the local tram, supermarket, medical health clinic and a variety of local restaurants and convenience stores.

Beaches In The Sky is a massive lagoon pool and leisure area on level 5 of the resort which also connects the 3 separate towers.  Featuring a 600-meter bell-shaped pool with natural rocky outcrops, bridge and spas all surrounded by white sandy beaches. Landscaped subtropical gardens provide shade for many barbecue and entertainment area around the pool.

Beyond the grass sun-baking and recreation area is the Health Pavilion featuring an indoor 25m heated pool, spa saunas, gymnasium and change facilities. Other facilities at the Towers of Chevron Renaissance include a private theater for guest, Club Lounge and Games Room. The Private Theater can be hired by families and large groups to watch DVD'S.

The Club Lounge is ideal for small meeting or functions. For the kids, there is a large games room on level one with arcade machines, air hockey, and pool tables.

As a guest all resort features are available.

Health Pavillion

The Heath Pavillion has all the facilities for yu to maintain your health and fitness while on holiday and is also a great relaxation area all year round.

Located on the same level as beaches in the sky all areas of the health pavilion are open 6am- 10pn daily.

Theatre

The private theater can seat up tp 18 people as is available for hire at the reception. Families and groups can watch DVD'S, videos and cable tv in an air-conditioned cinema like surrounds. Located in Skyline Tower on level 2 a viewing session is restricted to a maximum of 3 hours and booking can be made at reception.

Club Lounge

The club lounge is ideal for small meetings of up to 30 people. There is a kitchenette with espresso coffee facilities.

Located on level 1  Skyline tower which is accessed from the main lobby or from the retail shop's entry. The club lounge is available for hire for guests only and can be booked at reception.
